RFQ Details

Flooring on Prefabricated coating base SBR rubber granules recycled black and elastomeric polyurethane binder 1 to 4 mm. in size of granules, with different colors of finish designed for installation attached or overlaid with superior damping characteristics for fall protection of children.

Placement stuck (on rigid bases) and superimposed on a non rigid and compacted tepetate.

b) Modular Coating 1.0m x1.0 m.

c) Total thickness of 25.0 mm (1.0 inch)

d) Approximate Hardness: 55 Shore-A.

e) Approximate weight per piece: 17.0 kg / m2.

f) Surface finish: Sealed with a finished corrugated steel (rounded).

g) Modular perimeter(no angles).

h) Modular joints are bone unsealed so the water drains through the latter and below the modular by descent.

i) The terms must be well leveled (no distortion) and with a minimum slope of 1% for stormwater outlets or washing.

j) Duration: 4 years normal use.

k) Lifespan: 10 to 12 years.

l) Non flammable.

m) High resistance to constant friction and weather (rain, ultraviolet rays, extreme weather).

n) As time suffer some discoloration and superficial pigmented resin reinforcement needed approximately every 3 to 4 years.
